The Pollution Control Association of the Philippines (PCAPI) Region IV-A Chapter with DENR-Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) Region IV-A held its 5th Biennial PCO Summit on October 11, 2019 at Twin Lakes Hotel, Tagaytay-Nasugbu Hi-way, Laurel Batangas. As this year's PCO Summit topics entitled "3Rs on Environmental Policies: Recap, Review, Respond", gave regulatory updates on pollution control, environmental management and PCO compliance to environmental laws by industries.
